
WHAT IS PUSH PULL RUN?
Event 1: Barbell Deadlift - Choose your stance and pull for a 1RM
Event 2: Barbell Bench Press - Build to a 1RM
Event 3: 1.6km Time Trial RUN (walk/run or jog)
Your lifts and run time are adjusted relative to bodyweight, so performance matters more than size.
Lighter, faster athletes can compete with heavier, stronger ones, and win.

CONVENTION OR SUMO DEADLIFT
-Straps allowed
-Belts allowed
-No Sleeves
-Full lockout required
-Hitching allowed
-Enclosed shoes (one for lifting, one for running)
Barbell Bench Press
-Competitors will work up to a maximum lift
-Standard barbell bench press
-Head, shoulders, and glutes must remain in contact with the bench
-Feet must stay planted on the floor
-Bar must be lowered under control and pressed to full elbow lockout
-Paused reps not required
🏃 1.6km Run Rules
Distance: 1.6km (1 mile)
Run will be completed on a marked course
Run/Jog or Run/Walk Allowed
Time starts and stops when the competitor crosses the start/finish line
Closed, enclosed running shoes required
Competitors may bring a separate pair of shoes for lifting and running
Course shortcuts or interference = disqualification
All times recorded by event officials — official time is final
